Default Customs Investigation of Windjammer and Burke Family

Per your news blurb, we paid $17,000 for a Le Mer cabin and took four cruises on other Windjammer vessels. Our contract called for ten cruises on Windjammer ships OR ships of another sailing line, IF not any Windjammer ships were available.

Further, we had mailed a check of $4,000 to Windjammer for a separate cruise on the Mandalay, which was cashed just prior to their cancelling all cruises. Frankly, if the story is CruiseMates article is true that one of the brothers transferred pre-paid cruise revenue from the company to his wife's account, someone should go to jail.
