Does anyone know if a class action lawsuit has been initiated against Windjammer? Like many, many others I have a time share for the LaMer which is apparently worthless.
Sorry, I guess nobody's found an attorney willing to take on a case which will require so much time and energy to attain minimal results. The family Burke has insulated itself behind a corporate veil so convoluted as to be a nightmare.
Most lawfirms would require that there be at least a reasonable hope of a financial recovery before attempting such a project.
