The two that are currently getting the most buzz are the ships Caledonia and Arabella. Both are true sailing ships and should be great fun. Since I won't be getting my Windjammer fix I am considering one of these. Both are a little more upscale than WJ but should still provide the sailing ship experience.
Caledonia is a 245’ square-rigged barquentine and is new just coming out of drydock. She is going to be in the French Caribbean and then go back to Canada for summer.

Arabella a Three Masted Staysail Schooner aprox 150 ft is out of Red Hook on St Thomas for the winter. Sails the BVI's, Spanish Virgin Islands, St. Kitts / Nevis itinerary and Turks & Caicos itinerary. She will go back to New England for the summer.

Hope this helps.
