Windjammer reincarnate, or legal mumbo jumbo?

Can anyone explain the current status of Windjammer? At the windjammercruises.com website, they describe themselves as "an independent agent for CruiseMatch, Inc. representing Windjammer Barefoot Cruises".

Is this at all affiliated with the Windjammer Barefoot of former "bankruptcy" status?
