We were booked on the 1/22/06 northbound Barbados cruise. We were bumped when a group booked the entire ship. We re-scheduled for the 3/5/06 cruise. We were again bumped for the same reason. This was to be our 25th wedding anniversary trip. We have plane tickets, hotel reservations, etc. Has anyone else experienced this disappointing treatment by Windstar?
I think I'd be on the phone, politely at first, with the Head Supervisor. I would, again politely, explain this is an anniversary trip with airfare and hotel already booked and paid for and how disappointed you and your SO are, see where that gets you. Are they paying for airfare changes? Hotel penalties if canceled. Maybe it's time to change to another cruise line from the same port or area....Three times a charm!!!!?? Good Luck.

Which cruise line did this to you? I've never heard of that happening to anyone twice!! How much warning did they give you? Did they reimburse airline tickets (if you bought them on your own)? A few more details will help.
