The oldest supermarket (over 35 years old) in Constanta is the Tomis Mall. Patrons can browse through a variety of shops, choose from several eateries, and take advantage of the cinemas provided here.

Things to See
Dating all the way back to 1910, the Great Mahmudiye Mosque is a wonderful monument to check out while visiting Constanta. It was constructed by King Carol and is the seat of Mufti (a spiritual leader). This mosque has a 164-foot tower that provides an amazing view of the harbor.
The Casino is a popular attraction in Constanta. It also offers incomparable views of the sea and unique sumptuous architecture. Many couples and families that visit this landmark do so around sunset for the phenomenal views of the water.
When it comes to landmarks in Constanta, be sure not to miss out on the Roman Mosaics. Here you can explore 9,150 square feet of vibrant mosaics. This major attraction can be found next to the National History & Archeology Museum. Therefore you can easily visit the museum as well with little effort.
Restaurants and Bars
You’ll find excellent Italian food and good tunes to listen to while you dine at the Trattoria Verdi. This eatery provides a refined atmosphere, and dishes like fish, pasta, and pizza. The cost is around $10 or less per person.
Cruise ship travelers won’t have to look far for authentic Turkish cuisine. The Kaptain Baba Restaurant offers a vast array of dishes, such as beef, lamb, chicken, and even liver. Be sure to try the chicken kuwarma entrée if you enjoy poultry.
For a quaint, yet cozy atmosphere, stop by the Taverna El Greco. They serve superb Mediterranean dishes, and are located on Decebal Street. Here you can enjoy the live music as you dine, and the seafood is incredible. This eatery offers a nice selection of wine, and the meals run in between $11 and $20 per guest.
