The Albatros cruise ship is run by the Phoenix Resin, a German based travel agency. The ship was built in the year 1973 in the Wärtsilä Helsinki shipyard of Finland. Initially, the passenger capacity was only around 540. The ship was last rebuilt in the year 2006. Currently, this vessel has an onboard capacity of 830 passengers and the service of around 340 crew members. It also has 10 public decks.
The Albatros ship is fully furnished and equipped with modern facilities, and the service of the crew members is appreciable. The calm and sophisticated atmosphere of the ship provides the tourist with the perfect ambience for holiday traveling.

Dining
There are two main restaurants in the ship, The Sea Gull and The Pelican, and both of them together have a seating capacity of 850 seats.
For lunch and dinner, these restaurants serve different types of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes along with soups, variety of wines and other cold appetizers and desserts. In the evening, coffee, tea, or juice along with various freshly baked snacks and pizzas are available.
The main menus in these restaurants are changed once every two days. Captain’s Dinner is the other main attraction where a buffet style dinner is available with mouth-watery dishes. The dress code is casual.
Smoking is restricted inside the restaurant. The payment for extra wine and other drinks must be done separately. Other alternate restaurants also provide buffet facilities with delicious dishes.

Cabins
The cabins in the cruise are elegant, well furnished and equipped with the most modern facilities. Most of the cabins have ocean view facility, and expensive cabins have a private balcony. All the cabins have facilities such as individual air conditioning, bathroom with shower and toilet, writing desk and chair, locker, television, radio, interactive telephone, and hair dryer. Housekeeping and other room services are available round the clock.
Taking the Kids
There are several options for the entertainment of kids on board; such as clubs, a video game zone, and parties. There are separate swimming pools for kids and families. During the holiday season, special entertainment programs are conducted for children.
Onboard Fees
According to the type of cabin used, the travel fees varies from 3450 € to 4300 € per head. Discount rates are available for children below 12 years of age. The fees for the excursion packages and other personal expenses are not included in the initial payment. Restaurant tips must be given on board.
