The Golden Lion is a gastro pub with a Brit-friendly bar menu and a great variety of beers and hard ciders to sample.
Guests can enjoy tea, appetizers and champagne at The Courtyard and Grills Lounge and Terrace.
Todd English Restaurant features multi-course dinners that draw inspiration from flavors of the Mediterranean. Reservations are required.
Entertainment and Nightlife
Entertainment on the Victoria tends to steer away from Carnival-esque comedians and magicians and instead favors singers, dancers and the ships very own orchestra. The Royal Court Theatre and the Queens Room are the Victoria’s two major entertainment venues.
If you are just looking to have an after-dinner drink, there are numerous bars and lounges to choose from. A baker’s dozen to be exact.
Cabins
Standard amenities in the cabins consist of 24-hour room service, interactive television with music and foreign language channels, telephone, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, robe and slippers to use for the duration of the cruise, nightly turndown service, and daily ship newspaper.
Suites have additional amenities such as champagne and strawberries, priority embarkation and luggage delivery, pillow selection, butler and concierge service, bottled water, in-suite dining, flower arrangement, game console, minibar, DVD player and daily fresh fruit.
Almost three quarters of the ships staterooms feature balconies.
Recreation
Cunardia is a museum that relates the Cunard Line and ship’s history through interactive touch screens and informational videos.
Take a stroll down the Royal Arcade, an enormous shopping center where you can purchase clothing, art, jewelry and more.
If you are looking for a fitness-friendly afternoon, the ship has two swimming pools, a spa, and a medium-sized gym with exercise classes.
Taking the Kids
The Cunard line is not a cruise line that specifically caters to children. There is not much in the way of child-oriented programs or camp, but there is a playroom for youngsters and a teen space called The Zone which features video games.
