Well, maybe I was lucky enough to be on the "test" cruise.
Mexican Riviera, 12-23 to 12-30....PAH-LUNTY of fresh fish and MessCan flavor.
I had smoked salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Crab salad on two occasions (REAL crab)
The Halibut was cooked, like, eleventy four different ways.
..and Lobster Tails out the Ying Yang.
I could go on and on....and eventually will.
