AT 800 PM PDT...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM ELIDA WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 18.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 129.9 WEST OR ABOUT
1335 MILES...2145 KM...WEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

ELIDA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. CONTINUED WEAKENING IS FORECAST AND ELIDA IS EXPECTED TO
