LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 16.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 39.8 WEST OR ABOUT 1050
MILES...1685 KM...WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH...11
KM/HR AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT
DAY OR SO.
