Sorry, this was not bait and switch..your cruise contract does not guarentee ports....how could they? You cruised, they missed a port, they gave you a credit...as I said, more then I got, and many more, you can be sure. I think your issues onboard, and lack of customer service, would be a more agregious issue......jmho
