ok, I have read all these post on tips.
what it all boils down to is that the cruise ships are doing what
restraunt(?) owners are doing in the good old USA.
The waiters get minimal pay, less than minimun wage.
When you add the tip to your debit or credit card it goes to subsidies the wage that person gets. I'm sure that cruise ships are doing the same so really the workers are not getting there tip.
Thats why I tip each person and shake there hand and say Thank You to them.
