Hi,
My wife, daughter, SIL and 9 yo granddaughter and 5 yo grandson will be going to Cozumel in June on the Carnival Liberty. My wife and I have been to Cozumel many times but this is the first time with young kids.
On our previous stops we've done some island touring and deep water snorkeling but this will be a little much for the grandkids. It is also the only chance to have a "beach day" on this itinerary.
So my question is:
What is the best location for a family beach day in Cozumel? We would like a nice beach, kid toys and activities, food and non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. An all-inclusive would be nice but not required.
My wife and I have been to Chankanaab about 10 years ago but it left a bit to be desired. Have the facilities improved there.
Boy, cruising changes when you have kids.
