I received a card and went to a presentation of Packaged Vacations. Selling discounted vacations for an upfront fee of around $9,000. When I asked to see proof of the discounts or to look at the booking website I was very rudely told to leave. I did get the voucher for a free cruise. I called Eagles Choice and was told that once I paid the $49 per person activation fee I could book my cruise directly with the cruise line, paying them the taxes and port fees. Instead, I received a request for $55 more per person for another activation fee, this time from Fun Time Vacations. At this point I decided to cut my losses and run. I filed a complaint with the BBB and received an email from Eagles Choice saying if I sent them a copy of the canceled check they would "consider" a refund. I am not holding my breath. I am just thankful I am only out $98.
