Yes I seem to recall things being said, but the shower & basin actually in the cabin & a glass toilet door?? Maybe I am being sensitive here but not everyone wants to be exposed like that, some want a degree of privacy. Surely the room gets damp?
Just searched, found Paul's review of the bathrooms..I think the idea is completely ridiculous, we will certainly NEVER go on this ship. What worries me is what on earth would happen if someone who felt like we do? didn't know & then opened the cabin door to see the equivalent of a Roman open washroom area?
