and I'd like to know if in the US you have to have any form of insurance or driving lessons for these very heavy, quite fast 'vehicles'. We seem to be getting reports regularly in the UK of people being hit by them in the shops and high street & quite literally not having a leg to stand on if they try to claim for the resulting injuries.
