was wondering if csnider or Percyg23 ever talked with SmarTravel about the "free" cruise and only having to pay the taxes. My friend just called me and said she won a free cruise through SmarTravel, and she wanted me to try and find out if it is legit or not.
They said the taxes would be between $189 - $225 per person.
