Several cruise lines added them for a while, but then did away with them. Right now, there are only two that implemented them last year - Cunard was one - I can't remember the other one. But none of the mass-market cruise lines currently have a fuel supplement.

Of course, with oil prices the way they are, they all reserve the right to implement them at any time, so who knows what will happen next year.
