In all of our cruises I can say I've only had 1 "bad" cruise and that was on the Sapphire Princess in 2005. My experience wasn't as challenging as blueboys but it was enough that I will not sail Princess again. Sorry you had a rough time. Cruises are supposed to be fun memory making experiences. Hopefully your next cruise will be much better.
