The artist put bags under her eyes, thinned out her lips and gave her winkles around her mouth. Also he gave her a fivehead instead of a forehead and made her face shape too long. She has a Oval face not a Oblong face. Plus she had some cute dimples that artist missed completed. See picture below for the real Kate.
