To the OP, it looks like RCI did not charge you the suite rate for your owners stateroom which should be $5.75 per person per night (only for those actually staying in the Suite).
The made the same mistake with us on our recent cruise- I added the appropriate amount for the correction plus extra, we had a great attendant. For the others who are considering stiffing the waiters because they won't be in the dining room don't do it. Who do you think is looking after you in the alternative dining areas? The gratuities are not for dinner and dining room only, they are for all meals and venues. Gratuities are based on how many nights your cruise is, not days. Unless you plan to stiff the wait staff my advice is give the gratuity to your waiter and asst. waiter on the last night of the cruise whether you eat there or not. Your dining room assignment is on your Seapass.
