It may have taken some time to get the vendor to resolve the problem. But you got your cake (watch) and eat it too (refund).

The sad note is the lack of response from HAL. Why is it they are so eager to get the buck for cruise vendor commissions but customer service is the downfall.

In todays highly competitive market, service is the one that brings the customer back in all walks of business life.
