Suites on the new Caribbean Princess start at $999 per person and you'll find deals like this anywhere the two cruise industry giants are in competition. Add to this the fact that the Grand Princess, one of the largest ships afloat, will start sailing from Galveston, Tex. in November 2004, directly challenging RCI's Rhapsody of the Seas. Look for good deals from this port next fall and winter."
