Hmmm, interesting! I'm going on my first Carnival cruise this Fall, so when I get back I'll let you know what I think!
I'm not too refined though and thought Celebrity was a little too quiet for me so I just may like it. On the Costa Atlantica, every night was something different in the dining room but not necessarily waiters performing. One night they brought roses out for the ladies and violins serenaded the tables, of course, toga night was a little wild, another night during desert they were playing music and men came around and asked the ladies if you wanted to dance, which was different. There were parades just on two nights.
If the parading is every night I might get tired of it and I definitely think coffee and desert should be served first which is the way it was handled on the Atlantica.
