Celebrity offers alternative casual dining just about every night. This is particularly on a formal night for people that do not like formality. You eat up on deck 10 where the buffett is. You get up and get your salad at a salad bar, but your dinner is served. It is really quite pleasant and very casual. Probably not shorts and slippers.
There is always a balcony and room service and you just about could eat in the nude.
