No.....
You have Cable Beach to the west, either a short $1 Jitney ride each way or you have Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island, which you have to take a cab over to or the water taxi. (evidentally Cabbage Beach doesn't have any facilities on site. Bathrooms, etc..)

I've read that there is a free beach past the British Colonial Hilton, but apparently it is not kept up, with no hotel to pay to clean it.
It is apparently full of trash and abondoned tires, and large garbage.
(thus why it is worth the $15 daypass to use either the Cable Beach hotel's facilities or the BCH's facilities. Nothing worthwhile in this world is free.)
