Default what is good to see in Prince Rupert?

There aren't many excursions here and I here, it is a small port. The few excursions there are, seem a little pricey to me. The stop is supposed to be for seven hours, so I am unsure what to do that day. Anyone know of good websites about Prince Rupert?

Prince Rupert is terrible. It is a boring kind of depressing town. The only 2 things to do were to go to the internet cafe "Ziggy's" in town and check your email for $1.30 for a half hour and see a volkswagon beetle with a garden planted in the front end! NOTHING to do here, a real disappointment, don't know why they even bother stopping and for so long! I would suggest you drop some big bucks on an excursion because 7 hours is a long time to be there!

Thanks for the heads up. I really wish the ship would stop in Victoria instead. Geuss we will do an excursion there instead.

Yesss, prince rupert, haha, would would a cruise ship stop there? No idea. It's in the middle of nowhere so you won't have enough time to rent a car and drive to another city or port. So actually, there isn't anything to do. Hmm, there is a little coast guard museum thing and a clock tower thing and a nice donut shop by the pier. That's about it.
enjoy your trip!
