Cruise Parking
My father-in-law told me about park and cruise packages when I was groaning about the appalling condition of my car after 2 weeks of cruise port parking.

Here's how it goes, if you don't know already: I stayed the night before my cruise at the nearby Hilton - and they do have other hotel listings - then get taken to the cruise port as well as picked up and driven back to my car when I return. This makes for a very relaxing start to my trip, by the way, especially when compared to the tension of trying to make it on time by myself. My car stays on the secured hotel grounds throughout my cruise.

Considering that it used to cost me just a bit more than double the price I was given for this package to simply park in the past when using the cruise port parking, this all seemed a real luxury to me. In fact, even if I paid the Stay123 package price and did not go ahead and spend the night in the hotel, it would still be much cheaper than cruise port parking alone.

There must be other cruisers out there like me; so busy that its like having your head in the sand about great little things like this, and not finding out until someone tells you. All that pre-trip tension, just taken off your shoulders; and extra money to spend on better things. Hope its a help to you!

We also do the park and cruise! LaQuinta Hotels in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami both have this option and with the cost of parking at the port....You save alot of money! We have never had a problem with our vehicle being messed with either! February 11th, 2013 02:48 AM

We use as well as to help us find hotels where we can park for a week for the price of a one night's stay.
