That reminds me of our first cruise. We did a private, deep water, snorkeling excursion on Grand Cayman. We swam with the stingrays in about 20 feet of water and fed them.
I swam up to the boat and was hanging on the ladder when I felt something hard slapping my back. I said: "Betty, quit hitting me with your flipper." I was surprised when, from the boat, Betty said: "I'm up here but I think you have a friend." Sure enough, a large stingray was giving me a "hug" and probably wanted more food. Either that or I made a new friend.
It dropped off after a few seconds but, for some reason, I felt cheap and used.

Great picture, but the ladies don't look like they are enjoying themselves too much! If this is the Sting Ray Sandbar, we have done it. It was great fun, but unfortunately our tour was cut short by an approaching squall just as it neared our turn for our "photo opp" so we did not get to experience the pleasure of having this creature on our backs!
