Default Unaccompanied Minor?

Hi,
My friend and I will be leaving on our first cruise to Alaska on Celebrity Infinity soon. We booked and paid for the trip through a travel agent already. However, now that I'm looking more closely at Celebrity's brochure, I noticed that it says "Guests under the age of 21 must be booked in a stateroom with an adult who is 25 years or older." That isn't a problem for me since I'm 22 years old, but my friend is still only 20 (turning 21 in January). Will that be a problem?? And if it is, does anyone know of a way to resolve it? We're both really excited about it and the trip is non-refundable, so it would be comforting to know ahead of time if we'll both be admitted onboard...

Thanks!

The agent should have advised you of this policy. It could indeed be a problem, because advance registration necessary does ask for birthdates.

Sorry to say it could be quite possible, that your friend would be denied boarding.

Get in touch with your TA ASAP, and have them contact Celebrity!!!

do exactly as Kuki has stated. This is an error on your TA's part. Your friend could be denied boarding.

You are in trouble. Contact your TA immediately. He should not have booked you knowing your ages.
