I went on a Royal Caribbean Cruise(Grandeur of the Seas) in May 10 2004.The Private Island port was cancelled and not replaced with another port. I have written to the Customer Service at Royal Caribbean 5 times about Port charge compensation and have received no response. Does anyone know if I am entitled to compensation or who I can contact to get resolution.
No port charges as they own the place. You are not entitled to a refund even if it were a scheduled public port as stated in your contract but often the lines will try and do something just for better public relations.
