I have heard that November is rainy season in Panama. Crown Odyssey goes through the canal November 23 or 23. Can I expect daily showers? Also, do both port and starboard sides of the ship have the same view of machinery and mechanism.
November is the end of the rainy season, but you will be traveling through a rain forest so a brief shower could occur. Our one-way canal passage was at the beginning of November and a welcome shower pushed us indoors for about 15 minutes. Even the sun hidden behind clouds was very hot. Don't worry about a little rain. As far as which side of the ship, it really is first come first serve at the locks so you have no way of knowing which side of the ship the mules will be located on. This is the time to go up on deck or in a large windowed lounge to get a good view. We did not have a balcony for the Canal trip and did just fine out on deck.
What ship are you sailing on?
