Snorkeling in the Southern Caribbean

My wife really enjoyed the snorkeling at St. Thomas (Bones tour) and at Labadee (just rented gear there and swam around).

It was our first time snorkeling, so for this next cruise, we want to get the most out of it.

Our itinerary includes San Juan, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Dominica, Barbados, Antigua and Tortola.

My question is, does anyone know what good shore excursions are out there for some snorkeling where we'll see LOTS of colorful fish and reefs. Last May, we pretty much got to see sea grass and a few turtles. We want more this time.

Should we book our excursions through Royal or should we look elsewhere for excursions?

I know you all can help.
