Jeep Adventure to Paradise

(5 1/2 hours) See the real Cozumel by jeep! Each jeep holds 4 passengers, one of which will be selected as the driver. The guide will lead you through the town of San Miguel, past the North resort area and then through the jungle mangroves and greenery. At Bahia Ciega, you have a choice of canoeing or crossing on a catamaran to Isla Passion. Once there, you will be treated to a delicious lunch buffet while you enjoy the spectacular sandy white beaches of this private island.
Cozumel has some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Caribbean. Go to Chankanaab Park to snorkel or take one of the catamaran excursions your ship will offer. If you'd like to see Mayan ruins and can't make it to the mainland, try San Gervasio. Not as spectacular as Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza, but easy to combine with a few hours of snorkeling on the island.
Unless your wife is a shop-'til-you-drop type, she can cover the entire main street (Avenida Rafael Melgar) in less than two hours and still have time for a Margarita at Carlos & Charlies.
