Default Carry on

Is there a limit to how many carry on bags you can take with you when you check in? I need to take a bag with medication and I would like to carry my camera bag on board.

I might have one or two more.

Thanks

Mary

Carry on limits apply to airplanes. You can carry on anything you want.

Hi Mary,
The only limits on carry-on luggage is with the airlines, so if you are flying into the port, you should have no problem with the amount of carry-ons to bring onboard, have fun!

You may carry one as many bags as you want with no problem. That said, understand that if your bag will npot fit through a airport sized x-ray machine you may not carry it on with you, it has to be checked. I have seen many people insist that 'they' will be allowed to if they complain enough. They are then seen walking back to the porters with their bags as there are no exceptions. If it fits through the scanner, then you can take as many as you want, just nothing larger than say 14"x20" or something like that?

Thanks for the advice. Do they allow you take your film out of the camera bag? I don't don't like to put film of video tapes through x-rays.

Thanks

Yes Mary they will allow you to remove it from your bags. I m9ight point out that the x-rays are not strong enough to damage your film in any way. I have never had any film show damage from the scanner nor any of my digitial stuff either. I think the only film that may possibly be damaged would be the very high speed professional stuff.
