Weather in Feb

[Sunshine]

I will be sailing on carnival triumph the western carribean: mexico, jamaica and grand cayman. has anyone sailed at the end of feb and if so how is the weather. We will be snow birds so anything is better then what we would have up north but I would love to have some real sunshine and come back with a tan. Thanks again for all your help guy.
P.s Has anyone stayed or seen the Holiday Inn Marina plaza by bayside I am satying there and don`t recall seeing it the other times i was in Miami.
