Default $300 onboard coupon book

Hello

We booked a cruise that offered a $300 onboard coupon book month’s ago; we have our cruise tickets but no onboard coupon book. The question is Should we get these in the mail? or Will we get these on the boat on our first day? My last question What can I expect to find in this $300 coupon book?

We will be on the Carnival Jubilee on August 23, 2003

Any information will help

Thanks
Robert

If you booked through a travel agency, you need to call them and have them find out about you coupon book. Otherwise call Carnival and tell them that you were suppose to get a coupon book and you didn't receive it, you will probably have to give your confirmation number or some other information so they can verify your claim. I would ask Carnival what the coupons are good for.

Robert-
I booked with a large Internet TA that was offering a coupon book for Carnival. I'm not sure if it is the same as yours. I didn't get mine either. I called the TA and they are sending me one in the mail. They do somethimes also have coupon books for previous guests that are supposed to be delivered to your cabin, so you should check before you go.

We got a free work of art by just attending the art auction on the Triumph. No purchase necessary but you have to sit thru the entire auction before getting it.

Don't know if they still do that?

Yes they still have the art auctions and offer free lithos. You can sometimes also get free champayne at the auctions.

Was that the coupon book that Carnival offered on their past passenger reunion cruises? I read something about them on Carnival's website.
