Carnival Midnight buffets???

Hey folks.....can someone tell me what all they have on the midnight buffets? I am at the last dinner seating and will probably be too full for the buffet....Will I be missing anything?

Usually they have theme dinners (Mexican, Italian) so there is a lot of food which may be too much after the last seating a dinner, but doesn't hurt to look!

But don't miss the Grand Buffet if they have one on your cruise...cheese carved in shapes of mermaids, etc., etc., etc. Even if you don't eat anything (I didn't!) it's worth seeing and taking pictures of....not many people carve a watermelon into a sailing ship at home, so don't pass this experience up!
