Default Lemonade/Ice Tea?

We will be cruising on the Paradise and my husband doesn't drink much, and I was just wondering if he orders an ice tea, which I know is free on the Lido deck, will it go on the S and S card? Thanks in advance.

Ice tea/lemonade is free 24/7 on the ships. No need to pay for it.

Iced Tea is without charge but you have to get it yourself or tip room service for it. The bar tenders won't want to run around and get it for you at poolside or in a lounge and you cannoth fault them for that. They work off tips and that takes lots of time away from their earning money.

Thank you for that information. I would never dream of having someone bring a drink (of any sort) and not tip them. I had just been curious if the ice tea/ lemonade were available in other areas for free. Thanks again.

You pretty much have to go to the Lido area to get any beverages or order rooms service. I just cannot think of anyplace else that you can get anything to drink other than water or a soda or alcohol w3hich are available at the bars or at fountians in the Spa.

Take an insulated big mug with you and fill it up and enjoy the pool side without having to get up all the time to refill. Happy cruising. char

I honestly do not know but it would seem unlikely simply due to the vast amount they use and the time it would take to do so. It is passable iced tea though and when properly sweetened with Equal it works for us Southern Ice Tea Drinkers. <G>

My hubby and I just returned from our first cruise. The first midnight buffet we had I got tea (on the Lido deck) and it was, in my opinon, awful! It was not brewed, so I assume instant. I skipped tea the rest of the week and went from lemonade or fruit punch (which was VERY yummy!!). I drank mostly water and just a few drinks the entire week. Actually now that I think about it, I didn't drink much at all.

Are you able to get an iced tea in the dining room?

Yes, you can get iced tea in the dinning room, just ask your waiter for it and they will bring it to you.
