how do you book cave tubing in Belize on your own

I need your help.
We are cruising on the Glory Jan 3 and want to do the cave tubing in Belize. Is it best to book through Carnival or through a tour company in Belize. Carnival charges $85.00 and some tour operators charge $60.00. I have read postings for Tubing with Reggie - How can I locate him? . Can I book with him on line before we go? How safe is it to book tours on line? Any info you can give would be great. Thanks.

We went cave tubing with Reggie when in Belize on the Paradise. We made a reservation online, thru his website, but we paid in cash when we met up with him in Belize.

He was $60/pp when we went with him. We stopped at a restaurant on the way back to the ship, the caves are about an hour ride away from the ship, and if you wanted to eat it was extra. The food was great and trust me you will want to eat, we were all starving.
He has never missed the ship before and uses the same cave system that the Carnival excursion uses but you go thru one more cave then they do.
