Prices raised!!

I was just looking at Carnival.com at my booking information. When we made our reservations they were 50.00 less than they now tell us we owe. We have made our deposit already. Has anyone ever had this happen to you? Can they do this?

Maybe it will not apply to you if you booked at a certain price. I would call and check.

I have a call into my TA as we speak, however she won't be back in until Monday, so I guess I will just have to sit back and not worry about it.......................yet.

Your price is protected at the price it was at the time of booking. It will not go up but could come down. You are correct that you need to speak with your TA.

Ya never heard of them raising price on ya. I would call, I am sure they will get it fixed for ya.

This is probably a case of the TA rebating $50 of their commission therefore it shows the correct price from Carnival.

The price has gone up since the time you booked it....... that is all it is your price has not changed . The prices will go up and down all the time . I booked my Oct 6th legend cruise last Jan and it dropped over 800.00 since then for the two of us . I would call and check on the price every two weeks and get price adjustments accordingly . .... The price has since gone up again but, we are locked in at the price we paid....hope this helps Bonnie

I understand that the price of the cruise can change and has. But on "my reservation" my price and the amount I owe should not change. I will know on Monday, when I talk to my TA.

Does your cruise contain airfare as in a package? Some air charter comanys of air land packages as we are doing this year started charging $30.00-50.00 as of 08/23 for
air fuel surcharge that they say you can't avoid
