We went there back in 1994, our honeymoon cruise. We had booked an excursion to the Port Lucaya (sp?) hotel for the afternoon and were taken to the Garden on our way (we did not know we were going there).
It was a nice garden and gave us a lot of photo opportunities, but that was it; not a place to spend your whole day. Not unless they have expanded on it, in the past 10 years.
