Vacations to go?
 

Has anyone purchased their cruise from vacationstogo.com ? I was wondering when we will get our Documents or information. All we know is that we have a guarenteed ocean view room. Anyone have expericene with this website and buying cruises? :)

vacationstogo is a good company to book with. i booked my first cruise with them and had no trouble at all. i was sent an email immediately with all my information and confirmation number and all the things i had requested. and when i called carnival the next day i was in there system with all the info just as i had booked it with vacationstogo. . they answer all your questions right away via email or phone. i received my documents 3 weeks before the cruise from carnival. dont be afraid to use them, i think they are great and will use them again. have a great time.

VTG is a reputable Agency and Cruisemates has checked them out in several areas such as reliability, legally being able to sell in all 50 states (many are not), and a low percentage of complaints and the ability to resolve these complaints in a satisfactory manner. We did this as VTG is an advertiser on this website and we do not accept all agents that wish to advertise, only those that we feel are above average. While it is possible to get a dud for an agent, we think it uinlikely and you have the oppertunity to get it fixed wasily so yes we do recommend this website just as we recommend the others that we allow to advertise here.

My sister used VTG and was very happy with them. I think she got her docs 2 or 3 weeks out.

I've never booked with them but they e-mail me an awesome newsletter each week.

I have used them before & they were great. Our 1st cruise got canceled to hurrican Ivan & they kept me up to date on everything & let me know when it was cancled & assisted me in finding another cruise to go on soon. I would very much use them again.
