Default Require information

I ordered a dry pack from the dive shop near where I live. I was called yesterday and was told that it would not be in in time for me to take it on my cruise May 7,2005. Can anybody tell me if I can get something like this on the ship or where I can get it in Miami as I will be there the day before my cruise. It is just a pouch that hangs around your neck and is big enough to hold ID/Sail and Sign card and some cash but it is waterproof so that you can go swimming with it and not have to worry about leaving your stuff on the beach.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

check some specialty luggage shops. You can actually buy waterproof fanny packs fairly cheaply.

Any place that sells fishing licenses, equipment should have one. I bought mine online (a fishing license holder that is waterproof and was about 3x5 with a ziplock type of zipper) for $6 but since you don't have time, I would check around places like that. Also, some men's swimming trunks have a removable "zippered pouch" that come with them. That is what my husband used and we bought his trunks at Walmart.

good luck

I saw the water proof containers that hang from a string around your neck for sale in the gift shop on the ship, I don't think it was very expensive.

Thany you to everyone's help with this matter. I finally found something at Canadian Tire called the Waterproof wallet and it was exactly what I was looking for. Surprising enought the dive shop was charging me $21.00 for almost the same thing that I bought for $3.21 how sad is that.

Thanks again for all your help I knew somebody on this board would be able to help me.

But just like watches some are "water resistant" and some are "waterproof". If it's only money, who cares, but if you are carrying ID or passport, you want waterPROOF.

The cruise ships sell them, but if you are coming down here and have time to spend you can soooo find one anywhere honestly.
