Carnival Triumph Canada or Royal Carrib to Canada?

Im looking at doing a 4-5 night NY to Canada cruise this summer..

3 options / 2 ships I am weighing.. please provide some comments and insight.

1) Carnival Triumph 5 night out of NYC. Stops in Halifax and St. John
2) Carnival Triumph 4 night out of NYC. Stops in Halifax
3) Royal Carribbean Enchantantment of the Seas 4 night out of Bayonne (essentially NYC). Stops in Halifax.

I am only looking for an inside cabin. My previous cruise has been on the NCL Dawn so I am kinda spoiled. I'm looking for a nice ship with a similar experience and amenities. I am indifferent about leaving from NYC or Bayonne. Which line has better facilities, food, amenties, etc? What can you tell me about the ships themselves?

I'm in my early 20s if that helps...
