Default Help with 7 night cruise menu

Do they serve Lobster both formal nights?

Which night do they do the Capt. Reception - 1st or 2nd?

Thank you all for the valuable info posted on this site. We have learned alot about cruising here.

Safe sailing to all and our prayers go out to those in the South.

Lobster is served on the first formal night as a rule. And the captains cocktail party is the first formal night as well. The past cruisers cocktail party is usually the second formal night.

We sailed on the Valor in April '05. Although crowded due to spring break, it was a very fun ship and the itin. is so nice! We booked the Triumph (St.Thomas,St, Maarten and San Juan)because we LOVED St Thomas and St Maarten!

Enjoy!

lobster--yummmmm.

i would have loved to get it every night but it was only served on the first formal night. i always ask for 2. there is no problem in doing that.

if you want the best lobster each night you will have to reserve a seat at the specialty restuarant on your ship and pay to eat there.

Antron, I can add that to *not* order the turkey dinner the last night on board ... it's the only time I've seen Art (and others at our table) send it back.

Then we went on Pride and asked the waiter if it was good, and he said, "Im my 17 years, it's not gotten any better."

harry

thanks for the tip on the turkey dinner. i dont remember it being on the menu of my cruises but i do know i havnt ordered it ( and it sounds like a good thing ). i wonder why they keep serving it if the passengers keep sending it back?

so far i have been lucky in '' liking '' everything i have gotten on my trips, even at the lido deck.

Thank you everyone. This will help with my research pre-cruise.

What is your feed back on the restaurant upstairs - the reservation only spot. It is worth the extra $ and what about the food there. As good as in the main DR?

Thanks again.
