If I drive to Galveston...

Hi, I am new here and this May will be my 1st cruise too. I live about an hour and 1/2 away from Galveston. So, my ? is this.... if I drive is there a safe place 2 park; w/out costing an arm and a leg?

Hello. We're cruising our first time out of Galveston also. We're driving over the day before and staying in Spring, TX with my brother and his wife and driving down the hour and a half to Galveston also. Ive got some advice from previous cruisers concerning the parking situation and have booked online with a place there.

Parking is secure but somewhat costly. It runs from $50.00 - $80.00 depending upon how many days you will be gone.

I think you can pretty much figure on $12.00 a day(maybe alittle less ) for parking, as a general rule.

We parked at ezcruiseparking http://www.ezcruiseparking.com/ and had no problems. It is gated, secure and shuttles. It is about 3 blocks from the terminal and it only cost 50.00 for the week.

We have also pre-booked EZ Cruise and have used them in the past and been very happy with their service.

I am leaving on the conquest on 8/6/2006 and have already made reservations with ez cruise parking booked online cost 50.00 dollars for a week. i've nothing but possitve things about the company. if you book online they will bill your credit card the day you book.

We used EZ in 2004 and using them again next month. We booked online and saved I think it was $5.00 for doing so. We had a great experience our first time using them, so we did not hesitate booking with them again.
