Carnival Legend Question
 

I just received my cruise doc's for my July 15th Cruise on the Legend out of NYC! I just had a quick question regarding disembarkation. What time do people usually start getting off the boat. I want to be able to schedule my transportation accordingly. Thanks!!

though you will prob be off the ship by 11am if you are catching a flight I wouldnt schedule it prior to 3pm. If there are any delays coming back from BVI you could be hours late

We just got off the Legend.......self-assist was about 9:30 and regular disembark was abt 10:30

Thats great to hear! How were the islands. Can you recommend anything when we go ashore.

I won't be much help there....on St Thomas we went to Saphire Beach....gorgeous (cab fare $9 pp each way). San Juan we stayed on the ship and Tortola we just walked to the flea market area.....it's under tents and we got some good buys on t-shirts, etc (they'll dicker). I heard the beach tour on Tortola was wonderful but the drive over the mountain was pretty scary.

Thanks for the info- I've heard about Saphire beach. Was it crowded? I've also been looking into Megean's bay.

Saphire Beach wasn't crowded......we'd heard that Megan's was crowded so that's why we chose Saphire.
