Default FAVORITE CRUISE (SO FAR)

My husband and I have been on eight cruises. My favorite cruise was the one we took last December. We took our college age daughters on their first cruise. They both loved it. They said they understand now why I spend so much time on the computer looking for more cruises.

We had such a great time that we scheduled another for this December. We plan to make this our yearly family cruise.

I would love to hear about some of your favorite cruises. (Of course, I know it is hard to pick a favorite one, because they are all terrific!)

my favorite cruise so far is the Legend, I loved the layout, they strictly enforced the adult only pool area it was 8 days instead of 7, also it was driving distance for me, with no flying expenses involved .

My favorite so far was this past December on the Carnival Liberty, Eastern Caribbean, so much so, I am doing the route again since I didn't get to do/see everything I wanted to do/see lol

My favorite cruise was in September of 2002 on the Olympic Explorer out of Venice Italy, which at that time was a brand new ship (800 guest) and also the fastest in the world (could go about 32 knots), of the now, out of business Royal Olympic Cruise Line

It went to Athens, Istanbul Mykonos and Santorini

My second favorite was the All Star Smooth Jazz Cruise on Carnival Conquest last November out of Galveston....

I would have to say that the Carnival Miracle is my favorite cruise so far. I've enjoyed them all. The layout of the Miracle was nice and easy to get around. I also enjoyed the decor and being able to walk all the way around the ship down near the water.

My favorite cruise(s) were the ones on the SS Norway when they had the Rock 'N Roll theme cruises.

I guess that's why we took so many voyages on the SS Norway.

I've been on 10 cruises, which is minor league compared to most people on this site, but my favorite sailing was on the Pride to the Mexican Rivieria. We just loved the ports and the ship...

My favorite so far was the 8-day southern caribbean on the Spirit out of Miami. Loved the ship layout, and the itinerary.

Mine was on the 10 day Southern Caribbean on Holland America the Volendam. We had a deluxe verandah suite and they almost had to pry my hands off the balcony to get me off the ship. I would return in a heart beat.

Irish Shark...thanks for bringing back the memories of the Norway and the Rock and Roll theme cruise..I remember (think it was 90 or 91), they had Paul Revere and the Raiders, Gary Puckett the Union Gap, The Drifters, The Coasters, Bobbie Dee etc., and it was a great time

The Norway also had the Jazz theme cruises and in 1992 they honored all the great jazz legends from the 1920'2 & 30's. My mom and my friend's mom went on it and loved it

The Norway..now that was great cruising !!!

Favorite was definately Alaska on the Spirit this time last year. I love the Spirit class ships...which is why we sailed the Pride in March and will be sailing on the Miracle in October.

PS: Our boys go with us everywhere and they definately make cruising more fun!!

The best one was when Jay Black (Jay and the Americans) was onboard. Between him and Paul they were the best. I have some stories that I can tell about them.

And Soupy Sales was on one as the DJ in the AM.

We also did a basball cruise with about 25 players onboard. My son has the cap that they all signed. Mine? Sun faded out all the names.

SO FAR i would have to say that our favorite cruise was when we did a full canal transit on the Royal Princess. Got to visit a lot of great ports and experience the Panama Canal.

It seems my favorite cruise is always the last one I took. In this case last summer on the Carnival Glory. Perfect cabin, perfect weather, perfect travel companions (family and friends)...priceless.

They all offer something different, so it's hard to say.

Shipwise - the Miracle was beautiful

Food-wise - The Glory wins hands down

Itinerary - Miracle again for Belize, Costa Maya

But overall, it has been hard to top my very first cruise on teh Fantasy. If nothing else, the excitement level was just so high. And watching my then 13 yo son enjoy his birthday present of a cruise was wonderful.

My second favorite cruise was when I cruised with my two sisters, my 80 year old mother, and two sisters-in-law. I was the only one who had cruised before. I loved seeing the fun and excitement the others were experiencing. They all had a great time and now, too, are hooked on cruising. I'm hoping we can all cruise together again in the future!!

My favorite cruise so far has been on the Carnival Liberty on a western Caribbean cruise that we went on last January. We went with a bunch of good friends & I had a great time. My DW had a terrible time because the internet went out halfway through the cruise.

I loved having a balcony cabin. It was so relaxing to be able to stare at the ocean & have a nice breeze in the evenings. I think that was the best part of the trip.

BEACH DOUG....you cracked me up!! What's up with CRUISE GUY? lighten up.

My favorite cruise was the SENSATION to the Western Carribbean in December 1994. Not only because it was my honeymoon, I have sailed on several other Carnival ships since then and I have to say SENSATION is my favorite.

Default It's hard to choose the best cruise so far!

Disney was very enjoyable, the Caribbean was beautiful, the one to Tahiti was the trip of a lifetime!
